I just placed my order. Now what?

Great news: your items will be shipped out within 24 hours of your purchase! Once the package has been mailed, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

You can select your shipping speed and view the total shipping cost at checkout. All orders within the U.S. are shipped via USPS and international orders are shipped through DHL. Please note that all customs and duties fees will be paid for by the customer, not Born From A Wave.

To make any changes to your order, please contact customer service immediately. We will process any changes that are requested before 11:59 PM EST on the day of your purchase. We cannot change any orders after that time.

Returns & Exchanges

Not completely in love with your purchase? No problem! We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for store credit only. Please note that we do not offer refunds. Store credit can be redeemed up to 1 year after the initial purchase date.

  • All returns must be postmarked within 14 days of delivery to receive store credit.
  • Products must be unworn, unsoiled and unwashed.
  • Sanitary liners and all original packaging must be intact and undamaged.

All clearance items and items bought during promotional sales are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for any type of return.

Any items that do not follow these guidelines and/or have been soiled, mishandled, damaged or washed are subject to refusal and will be returned at the customer’s expense.

HOW DO I START A RETURN?

Domestic

  1. To start a domestic return, please send an email to info@bornfromawave.com. Be sure to include your name + order number and we will respond as soon as possible.
  2. Fill out the Return Form provided to you via email to process your return.
  3. Once you’ve completed the form, pack the items securely in your package of choice and include the completed Return Form. Note: Born From A Wave is not responsible for any losses or damages incurred during shipping.
  4. Head to your local USPS office to pay the return shipping fee.

 

International

  1. To start an international return, please send an email to info@bornfromawave.com. Be sure to include your name + order number and we will respond as soon as possible.
  2. Fill out the Return Form provided to you via email to process your return.
  3. Once you’ve completed the form, pack the items securely in your package of choice and include the completed Return Form. Note: Born From A Wave is not responsible for any losses or damages incurred during shipping.
  4. Head to your local DHL shipping center to pay the return shipping fees.

ARE RETURNS FREE?

Please note that we do not offer prepaid return labels at this time. Domestic and international return shipping are not refunded and are paid for by the customer, not Born From A Wave.

All customs, duties fees and taxes incurred for returns will also be paid for by the customer.

WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?

We try our best to process returns as quickly as possible. If your package is returned to our warehouse on time, the items will be inspected by our team and will be processed for store credit if approved. You will be notified via email with your store credit amount. Please allow 5-7 business days from the return arrival date to receive an update on your return status.

HELP, MY ITEM IS DEFECTIVE!

If you received a defective item, please report it to customer service within 48 hours of delivery (before returning the package). This will ensure your return or exchange is processed properly.
