Why You Should Be Wearing Your Fav Bikini Top While You Workout
Hey BFAW babes I hope you’re having a great summer despite COVID! Since most of us are now forced to work out at home it’s time to put our swimsuits to use!
Here’s 5 reasons why I am and you should be working out in your fav bikini top:
- It’s hot outside. Now that many of us are forced to work out at home, for some of us that means working out outside! Swimwear tops are made for summer conditions, so say goodbye to damp, sweaty sports bras.
- It’s better for your skin. Most swimwear tops are quick drying (BFAW tops especially!), so you don’t have to worry about running errands or getting things done around the house before changing out of your top after working out. Wearing tight fitting sweaty sports bras can lead to bumps and even acne on your chest, avoid that all together by wearing your quick drying swim top!
- It mixes up your normal outfits. Tired of wearing the same three work out outfits over and over again? Me too. By adding your fav bikini tops into the mix you automatically have like 10 new outfits!
- Swimwear tops are normally more adjustable. Let me tell you, depending on the type of workout you’re doing adjustability is key! No one wants a slip while doing a crazy yoga pose! (See below)
- More use out of your suits = making it worth it to get another! My fav point on this list! If you already didn’t need another reason to get another suit, now you have one!
